Writer, Consultant & Creative 



As a freelance business consultant, writer and virtual assistant, I help both local and international clients with project management, administrative support, report generation, research and crafting and/or editing content and reports. Leveraging on years of diverse experience in corporate life and more recently applying that knowledge working with SME's and NGO's, I am a highly versatile resource with the capacity to add value in the delivery of a variety of services.  


Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Canva, Designrr, Zoom, Wix, type at 60 wpm and a home office set-up with high-speed wifi, mac book pro, iPad, printer and scanner.


My qualifications include a B.Sc. in Management Studies (University of the West Indies, St. Augustine, Trinidad),  a Diploma in Marketing, Advertising and PR (LCCI) and a professional certificate in Social Media Strategy (Arthur Lok Jack Global School of Business) among many other professional certificates.


Aside from my professional experience, I make time to give back through volunteerism.  This has included serving as a member of the Rotary Club of Central Port of Spain and mentoring and teaching art to at-risk youth in collaboration with Chosen Hands.  I am a certified Self Management and Recovery Training (SMART)  facilitator supporting persons dealing with addiction, certified TEFL tutor and volunteer blogger for  for the Global Network for Single Mothers and Keeping Hope Alive. 

I am an avid recycler with a passion for creating art from upcycled materials.
